Belgium Arrests Suspect in Paris Attack

Belgian authorities arrested a man who might have been involved in the Paris attacks, federal Prosecutor's Office said.

BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — Belgian police arrested a man who they suppose had been involved in the Paris attacks, federal Prosecutor's Office said.

"Brussels criminal investigator, who specializes in terrorism, detained a man during a special police raid on Sunday night," the prosecutors said in a statement.

"He has been charged with taking part in a terrorist organization and a terrorist act," the statement said.

The prosecutors added that another 15 people who had been detained in police raids over the weekend were released.
