Viktor Orban has canceled his trip to Montenegro to give a speech in the Hungarian parliament.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Hungarian Prime Minister canceled his Montenegro trip to give a speech in the Hungarian parliament regarding the recent Paris attacks, the prime minister's press secretary, Bertalan Havasi, said on Monday.

Orban's Monday visit was postponed on Sunday at the request of the Hungarian side, according to Havasi, as quoted by the Hungarian HVG outlet. The prime minister will instead address Hungary's parliament, speaking about the state of emergency in France following the November 13 deadly terrorist attacks.

The Paris attacks at a stadium, a concert hall and several restaurants left over 130 people dead, with the Islamic State extremist group claiming responsibility. The attacks have been described by IS as a response to French airstrikes on its targets in Syria.
