French police on Sunday discovered weapons in an abandoned car that was used for two terror attacks in Paris, local media reported.

PARIS (Sputnik) The car was found in Montreuil, in the eastern suburbs of Paris, the BFM TV television channel said. It has been linked to assaults that took place late Friday in Rue de Charonne and Rue de la Fontaine-au-roi.

A total of 129 were killed and 352 were injured when seven terrorists attacked the Bataclan concert hall, the Stade de France, as well as restaurants in central Paris. Responsibility for the attacks was claimed by the Islamic State (IS) militant group, operating in Syria and Iraq.
