Donetsk Leader Signs Agreement on Weapons Pullout in Donbass

Alexander Zakharchenko, the leader of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), signed a document that further strengthens the ceasefire in Donbass, and said that the DPR will begin implementing it within an agreed schedule.

Donetsk Republic Vows Response if Kiev Starts Preparations to Join NATO
DONETSK (Sputnik) — Alexander Zakharchenko, the leader of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), said Wednesday he had signed an agreement on weapons withdrawal in eastern Ukraine.

"I signed today a document that further strengthens ceasefire, and we will begin implementing it under an agreed schedule," Zakharchenko said in a statement.

Participants of the Contact Group on Ukraine initialed on Tuesday an agreement on the withdrawal of weaponry with caliber under 100-mm and tanks from a separation line between Kiev-led forces and Donbas militia in eastern Ukraine.
