BELGRADE (Sputnik) – Milanovic said it was time for Croatia to switch to Plan B, which would mean transferring the refugees to the borders of neighboring countries.

“We are no longer capable of registering or housing refugees,” Milanovic said during a press conference in Zagreb.

When asked if the prime minister had in mind moving the refugees to the borders of Slovenia or Hungary, Milanovic said that “Hungary is three times closer.”

Milanovic said that Plan B needed to be implemented or the “economy and tourism of Croatia would be under threat.”
