Greek international creditors seek access to the country’s assets, the founder and president of the Public Banking Institute think-tank told Sputnik on Monday.

Earlier in the day, Greek Energy Minister Panos Skourletis said Tsipras сould call a confidence vote in response to opposition within Syriza party ranks to the third bailout deal.

On Friday, the Greek parliament approved austerity measures to be implemented in exchange for a new bailout package from the country's international creditors. Some 42 lawmakers from Syriza abstained or voted against the deal.
