According to city's mayor Fabien Tim (Fabien Thieme), she was walking along the street when an unidentified person started fire from the wedding party car driving by.
"This young woman of about 19-20 received a head wound. They were driving by, but the bullet wounded her,"- the mayor said. According to him, the girl was invited to another wedding.
Locals detained the suspected shooter as soon as he got out of the car. The driver who called himself as groom's ‘best friend' agreed to drive his friend, who was not invited to the wedding.
"The suspect took a shotgun and opened fire in the air to 'create an atmosphere'," — the prosecutor said.
