    Police arrested the man with a large briefcase who came up to the entrance of Vilnius University and threatened to blow himself up.

    Police have detained the man who threatened to blow himself up in the center of Lithuania's capital, Vilnius, according to local news portal Delfi.

    The arrested man did not have explosives on him. He was detained after police used a taser to subdue him.

    The man originally arrived at the entrance of Vilnius University with a large briefcase and threatened to blow himself up. Nearby buildings were evacuated as a result.
