The shooting at the mall in the Danish capital occurred at about 11:00 GMT. Local police told Sputnik that two of the three people injured in the incident were shot, while the third was stabbed. Later on Wednesday, the TV2 broadcaster reported that one of the injured, a 17-year-old, had been hospitalized and was in life-threatening condition.
The Danish Extra Bladet newspaper cited Lau Thygesen, the spokesman for the local police, as saying that the two gangs involved in the shooting have had similar conflicts before. He confirmed that the police already detained at least three people in connection with the shooting.
Thygesen also confirmed that there were eight people involved in the shooting.
