The Spanish Interior Ministry says police have arrested two people in the autonomous Spanish city, Ceuta, which is located on the north coast of Africa.
The detainees were arrested on suspicion of belonging to a jihadi terror group and were supposedly prepared to carry out terror attacks in Spain.
The ministry statement said that earlier in January four people were arrested on suspicion of belonging to the same terror group. The case is being coordinated by the National Court in Madrid.
