Lavrov Calls on Kerry to Influence on Kiev Over Minsk Deal Commitments
BERLIN (Sputnik) Germany is dissatisfied with the rate at which the Minsk agreements are being fulfilled in regard to the Ukrainian crisis, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Thursday.

“Of course we cannot be satisfied with the temp of fulfilling the Minsk agreements,” Steinmeier said during a press conference in Berlin.

Germany’s top diplomat did say however that the amount of violence in Ukraine’s eastern regions has considerably decreased.

“We agree that a considerable decrease in violence and in the breaching of the ceasefire regime has been observed, as well as the fact that the process of withdrawing heavy artillery has begun,” Steinmeier added.
