    The rescuers and repair services have begun to rebuild infrastructure in the town of Debaltseve.

    The rescuers and repair services have begun to rebuild infrastructure in the town of Debaltseve, which recently went through heavy destruction. This was announced by the Minister for Emergency Situations of the Donetsk People's Republic Alex Kostrubitsky.

    "We started to gradually restore basic communications. Today water flow to the town was restored" Kostrubitsky told RIA Novosti.

    He added that at present progress is being made to restore electricity in the area.

    Currently the ministry, volunteers and other social organizations are aiding the residents of Debatlseve. In the city center there are power generators which are utilized to charge phones and other electrical devices.

    Humanitarian aid is being delivered to the local hospital.
