A British jihadist, who faked his own death, was sentenced for 12 years.
The man was identified as 27-year old Imran Khawaja, also known by his nickname “Barbie”. Khawaja appeared in a number of promotional videos and images, made by the Islamic State.
Khawaja and his group faked his death last year, so he could travel back to Britain using a different name and organize a series of terror attacks on home soil.
