France Confirms Arrest of Five Russian Nationals on Terrorism Charges
On Monday night, French law enforcers arrested five Russians, one in the town of Beziers and another four in the Saint-Jean-de-Vedas commune in southern France. According to local media, citing Beziers' prosecutor Yvon Calvet, the police found some suspicious items during the searches, although the official did not specify what exactly was discovered.

Following a wave of terror attacks in Paris in early January, that left 17 dead, France redoubled its security and conducted a number of counter-terrorism raids to prevent possible attacks.
