On September 19, the Contact Group met again in Minsk and signed a Memorandum outlining steps for the ceasefire's implementation.
The OSCE's Special Monitoring Mission, which was deployed at the Ukrainian government's request after the situation escalated in in the country, is currently observing the ceasefire in Ukraine. The monitors are working on fostering peace, stability and security in the country.
