    She was trying to be playful and kid around some by saying claims of the Trump administration were so blatantly false that she could illustrate their falseness with some flash cards. Unfortunately, she forgot two important things: one, that Twitter hates her, and two, that Twitter loves memes that require very little effort to produce.
