On Thursday, US President Trump announced that his country would end its membership in the Paris climate deal signed in 2015, adding that Washington is ready to renegotiate the accord in order for it to be more beneficial to the United States.

    Goodbye to all that

"I was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris," Trump said.

The US will pursue a "better deal," Trump promised, adding that cutting greenhouse gas emissions is too costly for American companies. Trump said Washington will commence renewed negotiations on a new agreement "if we can, and if we can't, that's fine."

Up until now, the only two countries that didn't formally participate in the Paris Agreement were Syria and Nicaragua.

      Sometimes They Come Back

It seems that the Pentagon's control over US-manufactured military equipment borders on supernatural as the agency promised Turkey that all weapons supplied to YPG will be eventually returned back to the United States.

      Dress That Doesn't Impress

The Pentagon appears to have a problem understanding the concept of spending one's money wisely, as the US military spent millions of taxpayer dollars on the wrong type of uniform for the Afghan security forces.
