    A new poll from Public Policy Polling found that Americans’ distaste for US President Donald Trump slightly exceeds even their ire at United Airlines. Forty percent of those polled found the president worse than the thuggish airline; 42 percent held their noses and went with United.

    Neither was particularly popular: in the wake of the scandal following the violent removal of 68-year-old David Dao from a fully booked flight, United Airlines had a 23 percent favorable rating and a 47 percent unfavorable rating. Trump, meanwhile, had a 43 percent favorable rating and a 50 percent disapproval rating among polled individuals.
