It's a really big question why the US military bases are still located in Europe 25 years after the end of the Cold War.

In an interview with Sputnik, Willy Wimmer, former deputy chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and former member of the Bundestag expressed his opinion that Germany may finally refute access to its Ramstein airbase for the US military.
