    MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak invited US Energy Secretary Rick Perry to take part in the Russian Energy Week, which will be held in Moscow in October.

    "The Russian Energy Week, one of the largest international industry events in Russia, could be a good platform for dialogue. I would like to take this opportunity to renew the invitation to the forum to Mr. Perry," Novak said.

    The Russian Energy Week will be held in Moscow on October 3-6.

    The event was first conducted in 2017 and works as a platform for demonstrating the prospects of Russia's fuel and energy industry and searching the potential of international collaboration in the field.
