Russian Energy, Finance Ministries Coordinate Positions on New Oil Industry Tax
06:45 GMT 02.06.2017 (Updated: 20:03 GMT 17.10.2022) Russia's energy and finance ministries have coordinated positions on a new oil industry tax system, Energy Minister Alexander Novak told Sputnik, noting that the legislation has been submitted for government deliberation.
ST. PETERSBURG (Sputnik) — He spoke on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), where Sputnik is the official media partner.
"We have no disagreements. We have in principle agreed to everything on the bill with the Finance Ministry. As far as I know, the Finance Ministry submitted the bill for consideration in the Russian government," Novak said Friday.
