10:06 GMT 02.12.2016 (Updated: 10:07 GMT 02.12.2016) The Russian Finance Ministry did not use Reserve Fund money in November to finance the budget deficit, the ministry said in a statement Friday.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — In September and October, the Finance Ministry did not use Reserve Fund money for the purpose either. In August, the ministry used Reserve Fund money, allotting 390 billion rubles ($6.1 billion) to finance the budget deficit.
