A free trade agreement between Singapore and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) could be concluded before the end of 2017, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov said.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – According to Shuvalov, the agreement may be ratified in the first half of 2018.

"I can confirm that we have all the opportunities to conclude the agreement before the end of 2017 so that in the first half of 2018 we could use the time to ratify the procedures," Shuvalov said on Friday at the Russia-Singapore Inter-Governmental Commission.
