LIMA (Sputnik) — The news comes amid the upcoming visit of the Russian president to Japan in December.
"The day before yesterday we shared the action plan with the Japanese side… It was about creating the continuous dialogues and about carrying out concrete projects, and also, interestingly, about the kind of projects where production is set up on the third countries' markets," Voskresensky said.
The deputy minister added that Russia and Japan are planning on signing about 30 various deals, including memorandums of understanding, during Putin's visit to Japan on November 15-16.
The Russian and Japanese leaders met in Lima earlier in the day, which is playing host this weekend to the APEC summit of economic leaders.
