    Russian Railways (RZD) has signed a cooperation agreement with China Yingkou Port Group Corporation, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported from the signing ceremony.

    Strelna, November 8 – The agreement was signed by RZD President Oleg Belozyorov and Board Chairman of Yingkou Port Group Corp. Li Hezhong in the presence of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Premier of the Chinese State Council Li Keqiang. Under the agreement, the parties will contribute to the active implementation of the project to build an international terminal and logistics center, Bely Rast. Yingkou Port Group agreed to buy out 49 percent of the share capital of TLC Bely Rast “in a public bidding procedure,” the RZD press service explained to RIA Novosti.
