VLADIVOSTOK (Sputnik) — BRICS' New Development Bank and the Russian government are in talks on issuing ruble-based bonds in the Russian market, the bank's vice president told Sputnik on Thursday.
"We have plans…in other national bond markets, including Russia. We are already in discussions with Russian government of the possibilities of issuing ruble-based bonds in Russia as well," Zhu Xian said.
