Angolan Petroleum Minister Names $60 per Barrel Sufficient Oil Price
13:50 GMT 01.06.2016 (Updated: 14:16 GMT 01.06.2016) The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) members will convene in Vienna, Austria on Thursday to discuss a plan to freeze oil production, two months after the previous attempt failed amid Saudi Arabia’s reversal.
VIENNA, June 1 (Sputnik) – The price of $60 per barrel would be sufficient for the global crude market, Angolan Petroleum Minister Jose Maria Botelho de Vasconcelos said Wednesday.
"$60 [per barrel] is not bad. It would be enough," the minister told reporters in Vienna.
