MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Russian oil company LUKoil has also been reported to have received a FSTEK permit to supply fuel to Ukrainian consumers.

"We have an order to pipe up to 100,000 tonnes monthly… We have already obtained supply permission from the FSTEK [Russia's Federal Service for Technical and Export Control]," Vladimir Nazarov told reporters.

Earlier on Thursday, Transneft officials announced that the company would restart fuel deliveries to Ukraine in May to supply 30,000 metric tons of the fuel by the end of the month. In 2015, Russian oil supplies to Ukraine stopped amid Transneft's conflict with Ukrainian partners over pipelines maintenance.
