Kanat Bozumbayev, Kazakhstan's energy minister said that the talks on oil productions in Doha will continue at three o'clock [12:00 GMT].

DOHA (Sputnik) — Negotiations of the major oil-producing countries in the Qatari capital of Doha on production levels' freezing will continue at 12:00 GMT, Kazakhstan's energy minister said Sunday.

"There is a short break now, we will continue at three o'clock [12:00 GMT]," Kanat Bozumbayev told reporters.

The participants of the meeting have been talking in an informal format so far.

According to the original agenda, the official meeting of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-OPEC member states to finalize an agreement on the freezing of oil production was supposed to start at 8:45 local time [05:45 GMT], but it was later postponed.
