Russian presidential aide on military-technical cooperation said that Russia and Iran are in talks on deliveries of the Russian-made weaponry.

YEKATERINBURG (Russia) (Sputnik) Russia and Iran are in talks on deliveries of the Russian-made weaponry as Tehran is interested in their entire range to replace outdated equipment, Vladimir Kozhin, Russian presidential aide on military-technical cooperation said Wednesday.

"Talks are underway…They [the Iranians] are interested in the entire range of our weaponry, because they have a large army, serious armed forces, but their military equipment has not been overhauled due to sanctions and all the events you know about," Kozhin told reporters.
