MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Privatization is currently underway, but it concerns the “small privatization” of federal and municipal unitary enterprises, Ulyukayev told Rossiya-24 television.
“In regard to our best assets, these are in the banking sphere, energy and oil sphere that by nature should be on the market, we need to get them to the market, but we shouldn’t rush to sign any deals on a falling market.”
