MOSCOW, September 2 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for September 3 is 24.7184 rubles, up 5.14 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 35.9455 rubles, down 17.93 kopeks from Tuesday.
