MOSCOW, December 11 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from December 12 is 24.4174 rubles, down 7.06 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 35.9595 rubles, up 7.97 kopeks from Tuesday.
