MOSCOW, December 26 (RIA Novosti) - The ruble's real effective rate is not expected to increase by more than 11% in 2005, the Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry said on its Web site Monday.
"The ruble is expected to gain 3.7-3.8% against the dollar and 19.3%-19.5% against the euro in real terms in 2005 (December 2005 on December 2004) or by 11% as a whole, the ministry said.
