MOSCOW, December 26 (RIA Novosti) - Gasoline prices in Russia rose 0.3% in November and 15.9% since the start of 2005, the Russian State Statistics Service said Sunday.
The price of diesel fuel rose 0.4% in November (22.6% since the start of 2005), whereas diesel fuel producers lowered prices by 3.7% (they raised prices by 24.6% since the start of 2005).
Gasoline production prices dropped by 4.4% in November but registered a 16.1% growth since the start of 2005.
According to the agency, Russia produced 29.2 million metric tons of gasoline in the first eleven months of the year.
Consumer prices for gasoline in November rose by 0.3% month-on-month in Moscow but were unchanged in St. Petersburg.
In January-November 2005, oil production companies raised oil prices by 60.8% and oil pipeline transportation rates by 33.5%.
