MOSCOW, August 18 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's economics minister said GDP had grown 6.4% in July and 5.7% over the first seven months of 2005. "This July, GDP grew 6.4% compared with July 2004," German Gref told a government session Thursday.
Cleared of seasonal factors, GDP growth in July was 0.7%, according to Gref.
"Accumulated growth over the January-July period was 5.7%," the minister said.
