MOSCOW, August 4 (RIA Novosti) - Fitch, the international ratings agency, announced Thursday that it is predicting a stable outlook for all long-term ratings for Russia and has reestablished the F3 short-term foreign currency rating of Sberbank, Vneshtorgbank and Vneshekonombank.
Earlier on Thursday, the agency said it had upgraded the three banks' ratings of BBB- to BBB.
