MOSCOW, August 3 (RIA Novosti) - Fitch, the international ratings agency, announced Thursday that it has upgraded this city's long-term foreign and local currency ratings one level from BBB- to BBB.
Long-term outlook is stable, the agency said.
The agency also confirmed Moscow's F-3 short-term rating.
