MOSCOW, July 6 (RIA Novosti) - The Central Bank intends to leave the refinancing rate at 13%, bank head Sergei Ignatyev told reporters Wednesday.
Earlier, Central Bank officials repeatedly said that no changes should be expected in this area.
"The plans remain the same," Ignatyev said.
