MOSCOW, June 1 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Finance Ministry promised to eliminate the barriers for VAT reimbursement in capital investment, export operations and advance payments in 2006-07.
Sergei Shatalov, the deputy finance minister, said Wednesday, "relevant bills have already been drafted." It will bring the tax into line with international standards, he said.
