"I lay accent in this way: in ensuring an economic growth in the country we should in no way worsen the life of the citizens of Russia. This will be our main principle in making reforms in the economy," Mikhail Fradkov told reporters.
In the first place, according to him, this concerns the pension reform and the tax reform. "It is very important here not to make mistakes and to adopt a well thought-out decision," he underscored.
Mikhail Fradkov emphasised that the government intends to conduct reforms with the aim of ensuring a normal life for the Russian citizens. "In this sphere we shall do everything, and in the first place we shall solve the social problems," he pointed out.
