"The issue will be considered at a regular meeting of the Sibneft shareholders. No date has yet been fixed," Shadrin said.
As reported earlier, the extraordinary sitting of the Sibneft shareholders, convened on YUKOS demand, will be held on March 28. Shareholders will consider the making of amendments in the rules of the company and elect a new board of directors.
On the basis of the merger deal, which has not yet been officially cancelled, YUKOS owns 92 percent of the Sibneft shares.
