MOSCOW, MARCH 9. /RIA NOVOSTI / -- Restructuring of the Ministry for Economic Development and Trade (MERT) will promote its efficiency and information openness, first deputy minister Andrei Sharonov told the news conference in Moscow on Tuesday.
"Ministerial enlargement will boost coordination because the less players, the easier it is to coordinate their activities", Sharonov said.
Projected reforms will not remove from the agenda the matters of information openness and efficiency of state administration, he said. The federal target programme Electronic Russia will retain priority as a means of attaining the openness and transparency of state organs, Sharonov is sure.
