MOSCOW, March 5 (RIA Novosti corespondent) - Along with the process of reforming natural monopolies, the government needs efficient mechanisms to regulate them, said Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov.
"The future government is planning to pay serious attention to natural monopolies, the process of reform must be accompanied by efficient state regulation mechanisms," said Mr. Fradkov.
In regards to this, new versions of the Water and Forest Codes, as well as the law "On Natural Resources" must be adopted, said Mr. Fradkov.
