Mr Fradkov emphasized he would avail himself of his future position to achieve the above goals.
"We can take an all-out approach to the national investment and economic policy and to pull together to fulfill these tasks," said Mr Fradkov.
"I am open to dialogue. I want to improve things and I will use all means for this purpose," Mr Fradkov emphasized as he said that he would deal with all parliamentary factions.
LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky provided Mr Fradkov with a list of five to six men, who, he believes, could join a new cabinet.
Mr Fradkov said he would not promise the proposed candidatures would be approved as the cabinet formation was still under way. However, he emphasized he would not treat candidates for cabinet positions as counters to the majority United Russia faction.
