MOSCOW, March 1, 2004. (RIA Novosti) -- The 2004 budget is being executed according to the plan but the volume of collected taxes is somewhat bigger than expected, acting Vice-Premier and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said at the routine conference of the President with cabinet members on Monday.
"The situation can be described as favourable," said Kudrin. According to him, 16 bln roubles have been transferred to the Stabilization Fund in January and February (1 dollar euqls approximately 29 roubles).
