MOSCOW, February 20 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Minister for Anti-monopoly Policy Ilya Yuzhanov comes out for the debureaucratization of economy.

According to statistics, bureaucrats commit about 40 percent of anti-monopoly law violations, Yuzhanov told RIA Novosti.

This is an alarming post-socialist symptom, which is typical of other countries, for instance, China, Yuzhanov said.

The minister believes that the debureaucratization of economy can reduce the number of such violations.

Most violations are committed during state purchases, Ilya Yuzhanov noted.
