MOSCOW, FEBRUARY 6, 2004. (RIA NOVOSTI). The volume of the money base in the narrow definition reduced by four billion roubles in Russia from January 26 to February 2. The Central Bank reported on Friday that as of February 2 this indice made up 1,380.2 billion roubles against 1,384.3 billion roubles on January 26.
The money base in the narrow definition includes the issued cash money and obligatory reserve means of commercial banks in the national currency deposited in the Central Bank.
