MOSCOW, February 4, 2004. (RIA Novosti correspondent Natalia Byrkina) -- Russian Economic Development and Trade Minister German Gref is convinced that in 2004 Russia will complete talks with the European Union on joining the World Trade Organization.
We have set a goal to complete the talks in 2004 and "have all possibilities to reach it," Gref said. According to him, agreements will be achieved on mutually beneficial conditions.
