ABU DHABI, January 25 (RIA Novosti corr. Yuri Zinin) - The international exposition Intersec 2004 opened Sunday in Dubai (UAE). The exposition is dedicated to issues of security and means of its provision. 27 countries take part in it, including Russia, said the organizational committee.
The expo includes a wide range of equipment and appliances to protect offices, state and private enterprises, production facilities from unauthorized entry, attacks, fires and other emergencies.
Cutting edge developments of fire alarm electronic systems, control systems for protection of offices, ensuring security of personnel and different electronic detectors are represented at the exposition.
Over 200 foreign companies and firms, specialized in producing and operating such equipment are taking part in the exhibition. A number of international experts will deliver lectures on the latest scientific achievements in this sphere.
The expo will close on January 27.
